If you are having trouble registering or if this is your first time, follow the steps given below:-

  • First, visit the official website i.e. https://registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in/
  • Now, Get Char Dham information & Tourist Registration and Verification Process:
  • After that, Click on the Login/Register option.
  • – Registration through any of the below identities:-
    • Individual (Self) or
    • – Family (Self and Family) or
    • – Tour Operator
  • A new page will open on your screen.
    • Here, enter Full Name, Mobile No., Select Tour Operator/Individual/Family, Enter Password and Confirm Password.
  • After that, click on the Sign Up button.
  • Now, sign in by entering the Mobile Number, Password, and Captcha.
  • After Sign In, a Dashboard will appear with your name on the left.
  • Here, To create/manage a tour click on Create/Manage Tour Info.
  • Now, the Plan Your Trip Page will open.
    • Here, Click on Add New Tour
    • Now, Select Tour Type, add Tour Name, and select Tour Duration (Date of Entering & Leaving into the state) in Uttarakhand from the date picker.
    • Then, Enter No. of Tourists (If there are 5 family members, who are coming to Uttarakhand then the user has to enter 5 numbers in that field).
    • After that, select the Specific Date of the Tour in front of the destination.
  • Then, click on the Save button.
  • Now, you will see the tour has been created.
  • Add pilgrim under that tour. So, Now click on the Add Pilgrim button.
  • Now, the Tourist Registration form will open on your screen.
    • Here, you need to enter details, like enter Full Name*, Enter Age*, Select Gender*, Email Address, Mobile number of Tourist* (To be carried during yatra), Country, Residential Address, City, District Name, Select State, Emergency Contact Person, Mobile Number and Relation (Who is not traveling with you) Contact Person Name, Emergency Contact Number, Contact Person Relation.
    • And if you are from the below profession Tick Option (I am a Doctor).
    • Mode of Travel to Dham (After entering into Uttarakhand State).
    • Suppose, you are traveling Private car then you need to enter the Driver’s Name and vehicle Number, upload a passport-size photo, Select Identity proof, and Upload that document.
  • Now, If you want to add more tourists click on Save & Next, or else click on the Finish button to complete the registration.
  • After all this, you need to download the Yatra Registration Letter in which a unique QR code will be displayed on that PDF, which you can see on the List of Pilgrims/Tourist screen. Also, an SMS will be sent to the tourist from the system along with the unique ID.
    • This letter tourists/pilgrims need to keep during the Char Dham Uttarakhand yatra or who received SMS on their mobile number during the Uttarakhand Char Dham tour.
    • Yatrimitra will verify the SMS or Yatra Registration Letter (QR code) before the destination’s check-in.
    • Following Chardham’s verification, Pilgrim will also receive a Yatri Certificate through their login.
