For day boarding, both boys and girls are welcome, but only boys are allowed to board. Children must be at least the following age by July 1st of the year they are applying for admission:

  • Nursery: 2½ +
  • KG-II: 4+
  • Class I: 5+ and so on

An applicant must pick up an application, registration form, and prospectus to have their child admitted. You can obtain the prospectus and application forms from here. The office can also provide printed copies for a fee of Rs 1000. Upon receipt of your payment of Rs 1000, payable by demand draft or cheque made payable to Doon Valley Public School, printed copies will be dispatched by courier.

A written exam and in-person interview are required for admission to Doon Valley Public School. The results of these exams determine a student’s admittance. When registering online or receiving the prospectus, you will receive information regarding the date of the entrance exam and interview. In no way does registration guarantee entrance. To avoid having their registration considered canceled, students must show up for the interview/entrance exam on the designated day.

Performance in the X Board Examination, Entrance Exam, and Counseling will determine admission to class XI. Subject assignment will be based on candidate qualifications and available seating. Before enrolling in the program, the aforementioned paperwork must be submitted with the appropriate cost.
